What is an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment reviews whether an organisation has the data, reporting, governance, skills and strategy needed to use AI effectively. It shows where to invest first so that AI initiatives create measurable value instead of stalled pilots.
How is the readiness score calculated?
Each of the 10 questions has four answers scored from 0 to 3. Scores are combined into five dimensions and an overall percentage. The result is an indicative self-assessment, not an audit.
What should we do after the check?
Focus on your weakest dimension first. If reporting or data foundations are weak, start with a BI & KPI Diagnostic; if governance, skills or strategy are the gap, an AI Opportunity Assessment is the better first step.
